What we collect

When you create an account, we store the email address and display name you provide. When you submit a contribution, we also store the content of your submission and the name you want attached to it. Basic technical logs (page views, error reports) are collected to keep the site running.

How we use it

Your account information is used to sign you in and to attribute contributions you submit. Contributions are reviewed by editors and, once approved, published on the community hub. We do not sell your personal information.

What we share

Contributor names appear next to published contributions. Email addresses are never displayed publicly. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI gateway) that process data only to operate the service.

Cookies & analytics

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. Any analytics is aggregate and does not identify individual visitors.

Your choices

You can update your display name or delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting your account removes your profile; published contributions may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the historical library.
